Vundo sucks hairy armpit! Pimp slap it with Malware Bites Anti Malware

I don’t know what new vulnerability the Vundo writers have found. But I’ve now come across two machines with this lame Vundo malware on them.
Normally I would of used ultimate boot cd for windows however the files are well hidden and I couldn’t use that to get rid of this bitch.
In comes Malware Bites Anti Malware. MBAM is a really easy to use program that bitch slaps the hell out of Vundo. It’s, Ike Turners, pimp hand teaches it a new lesson in pain and will condense the nonsense.
I’d say if you think you have Vundo run this sucker first to get rid of it.

Awesome election day ice cream by ben & jerry. And some great Starbucks coffee. to boot.
We hit up the starbucks on 135th street and biscayne blvd for some coffee. And i have to say it was freedomlicious. The little gay dude behind the counter got a little insane and went all diva when one of the guys in line and me got into a conversation about how everyone had to get free coffee. due to that election rule article about how you can’t give something away free for voting. though i got my coffee anyways.
after that we swung on by ben & jerry’s for some of that election day ice cream. i got me some chocolate ice cream. it was awesome. and here are some pics.

we didn’t have time to go to krispy cream for our election day doughnut. but i’d like to commend starbucks and ben & jerry’s for giving out free stuff to voters.
Rootkit: TDSS****.sys Sucks worse than a 2 dollar whore. Remove it!

Well I’ve been in rootkit hell today with this stupid nasty ass virus/malware. And it’s been a bitch to get rid of but I’ve finally knocked it out of the park with the help of a few good apps.
Here’s a list of what I used to help me get rid of this sucker.
TCPVIEW: Great app usually this one app will let you know if you got some suspicious connections happening. If you see things things that should be there usually you are infected.
AutoRuns: Probably the best app you can use to find out what’s starting up at boot time. And it will let you disable or delete a start up entry. Most malware and viruses live in fear of this program and won’t even let this program run unless you rename it to something else. If you install this and it doesn’t run. You have an infection.
Ultimate Boot CD for Windows: Yeah if Samuel L. Jackson was a CD this would be him. This is probably the best thing you can use to help you get rid of a ROOTKIT! Because much like Samuel L. Jackson is tired of these mother fucking snakes on this mother fucking plane. ROOTKITS can’t hide from the UBCD4WIN! They become visible files that you can just delete from your system. And when I say delete. I mean pimp slap the shit out of them.
Originally I got that lame ass malware that lives in your system tray trying to get you to buy that infection cleaner aka beep.sys. And I thought I had gotten rid of this particular nasty problem when I ran some of the different online virus scanners. Boy was I wrong. After a day or two I got hit with a BSOD Stop: c0000218 unknown hard error. Boy did this frost my ass. I was able to get into safe mode and spent most of the day running scans, chkdsk, fixboot and a whole mess of other crap that didn’t work at all. And to top it off some process was running that I could not find that was hijacking my google search results. So after a little digging I finally came to the realization that it was a root kit.
In comes UBCD4WIN. The beauty here is that the UBCD4WIN has it’s own shell and pretty much boots off of the cd. This has the pleasent effect of bypassing the rootkit and letting you see things that you wouldn’t normally see. Finally i was able to see the file tdSSpqxt.sys along with like 20 other tdss****.sys files floating around in my system32 folder. I was finally able to delete them and get my system back into something other than safe mode.
I’d like to give an honorable mention to the Bleeping Computer Forums. The guys on there are pretty knowledgeable and I was able to glean some useful information from their site from other users that are having the same issue I had. The recomendation of Malware Bytes was very useful. They also recommend the program Combo Fix, I didn’t use this program. However they do recommend it so I imagine that it gets the job done. And I’d also recommend going to Bleeping Computer Forums for help with an infection.

Motivation
I always wanted to make a motivational poster. And last nite I got the idea for one so I fired up photoshop to make this one. I used the ever famous R Lee Ermey. He’s probably the ultimate motivator. His role as gunny sgt in Full Metal Jacket is really memorable. So I used a quote from the movie. “gouge out your eyeballs and skull-fuck you! ” I think the poster came out pretty good.

I wanted to write about my favorite game for the iPhone called Jirbo Jam. Jirbo Jam is a neat little game for the iPhone. It’s one of those games where you have to have 3 or more of the Jirbo character faces together in order to remove them. If you have more than 3 characters together you get a bonus. It takes a little getting used to. But once you get the hang of it the game is really addictive.

This is the kind app that the uber geek l33t gamer likes to have on his super geek iphone.
The app is easy to use. You just tap on the die. And it rolls the random numbers for you.
You have a d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, percentile dice, 3d6 and 4d6.
I don’t know who made this app. However I’m sure it’s gonna go over well at Gencon. And probably will go over real good next time I play some Living Arcanis or 4e in general. Good job!

My Fiance sent me over this email she got today. It’s about a 2 legged dog that walks on his hind legs. It’s pretty amazing what the dog can do.
I’ve seen dogs before that have lost one leg. even seen a dog recently that lost 1 hind and 1 front leg. But never both front legs before. That he can walk upright like that is pretty amazing.
