Well another complaint when upgrading to the latest version of Ubuntu. Mysql gets broken and will not work. I found a really simple fix that will help you all.

If you’ve had the unfortunate experience where Ubuntu hangs while doing a an upgrade to 10.04 LTS. Then you’ve probably had a sleepless night. Fortunately there is a easy fix for the hang. All you have to do is figure out what process is keeping the upgrade stuck.
